Did you receive the following message in ClicRDV/Timendo and need help?
Your ClicRDV/Timendo username does not seem to be a valid email address, meaning it is probably not an existing email that can receive communications.
Starting from November 27, 2024, we will be asking our clients to change their passwords to enhance the platform’s security 🔐. You will no longer be able to log in with this email, so it needs to be updated to a valid one by this date.
Here are the steps to follow:
2/ Add the new address in the ClicRDV/Timendo interface
3/ 🚨 Mandatory: Log out of the platform and log back in with your new email address. Then, delete the invalid email!
Step 1: Create a new email address
This step is not required if you already have an existing and valid email address ✅.
However, if you do not, you will need to create one or have someone in your company do it for you:
- Either on a mail service like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
- Or via your company, e.g., xxxxx@mycompany.com
The email format does not matter to us as long as it is valid and you can confirm the email that will be sent to you when changing your password.
Step 2: Add the new address in the ClicRDV/Timendo interface
⛔ If you are not an administrator, contact them to update your username.
✅ Are you the page administrator? You will need to update the existing access in ClicRDV/Timendo by following these steps:
From the new administration interface
In the "Administration Interface" represented by a house icon, click on "Access" in the left-side menu. Then in the "Access" tab, click on the "Access" button within the "Internal Access" section.
- Choose the access to be updated and click on the "Gear" icon.
- Open the "Information" section.
- Modify the "email address" (the password remains the same), then click "Validate."
🎉 Congratulations, your access is now valid! You will be able to log in with this address on November 27, and you will need to change your password at that time.
From the old administration interface
In the "Administration Interface" represented by a house icon, click on "Access" in the left-side menu, then on "Internal Access."
- Choose the access to be updated and click on the email address to modify.
- A window will open. Change the email address and click "Save."
🎉 Congratulations, your access is now valid! You will be able to log in with this address on November 27, and you will need to change your password at that time.
