If you received the message below, it means that your access codes are linked to an administrator access. However, as part of our new login procedure, these access codes will need to be linked to a non-administrator access.
Starting from November 27, 2024, you will no longer be able to log in with these access codes, as we are updating our login procedure to secure the platform.
Here’s the procedure to follow to be able to log in:
1. Change the access to non-administrator

2. Create an administrator account without access codes (if not already done)

1. Change the access to non-administrator
The simplest method is to keep the access codes linked to the existing access and convert the access to non-administrator. This way, you won’t have to recreate all accesses with a new address.
A - Here’s how to do this in the new ClicRDV/Timendo administration interface :
- In the "Administration Interface" represented by a house icon, click on "Access" in the left-hand menu. Then, in the "Access" tab, click the "Access" button in the "Internal Access" section.
- Choose the access you want to modify and click on the "Gear" icon.
- Open the "Attribuer les permissions" (Assign Permissions) section and click on the dropdown menu.
- Uncheck "Administrateur"(Administrator) to convert the access to non-administrator, and click "Validate".
B - Here’s how to do this in the old ClicRDV/Timendo administration interface :
- In the "Administration Interface" represented by a house icon, click on "Access" in the left-hand menu. Then, in the "Access" tab, click "Internal Accesses".
- Choose the access to modify and click "Yes" in the Admin column.
- Uncheck "Admin" to convert the access to non-administrator. Click "Save".
Note:
It’s also possible to keep the access as an administrator, delete the access codes in the "Access Codes" section, and then create a new access with new access codes.
However, this solution is much more time-consuming if you have multiple access codes.
We also recommend deleting any access codes that are no longer in use.
2. Create an administrator account without access codes (if not already done)
A - To add a new access from the new administration interface :
- Click on "Access", then click the "Access" button in the "Internal Access" section.
- Click the "Ajouter un accès"(Add Access) button to open the configuration page.
- Fill in the main access details such as name, surname, email, and password. Then click "Next".
- Decide if you want to send a confirmation email for access creation.
- Associate the access with the desired calendars by checking the relevant boxes.
- Assign the "Administrateur"(Administrator) permission by checking the "Administrateur" box.
- Confirm your configuration by clicking "Save" at the bottom of the page.
- You will then see your newly created access in the list of internal accesses.
B - To add a new access from the old administration interface :
- Click on "Access", then "Internal Access".
- Click the "Add Access" button to open the configuration page.
- Fill in the main access details such as name, surname, email, and password. Then click "Save". You can also activate the confirmation email to send the credentials.
- Convert the access to "Administrator" by clicking in the Admin box. Check the "Admin" box, then click "Save".
- Associate the access with the desired calendars by checking the relevant boxes.
- You will then see your newly created access in the list of internal accesses.
